Baptism

Baptism is the sacrament in which someone who believes in Jesus receives the Holy Spirit, who removes all sins (both original and personal) and makes teh believer a child of God and heir to Jesus' Kingdom.

Administered by immersion into  water, or the pouring of water, accompanied by the words, "I baptize you in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit."  (Mt. 28)
