Requirements:

The child must be under seven.
Birth Certificate (original long form) to be brought to the Baptism class.
At least one parent must be a practicing Catholic.
Godparents must be at least 16 years old, and at least one of them must be a practicing Catholic, that is, to have received Baptism, First Communion and Confirmation. If married, it must be through the Catholic Church and must provide a marriage certificate. If single, a Baptism or Confirmation certificate must be provided.
Parents and godparents must attend a pre-baptismal class.
If parents or godparents are not registered with St. Mary Magdalene, they must provide a letter of good standing from their church.

Note: All the paperwork must be received before a date can be set for the Baptism.
